Starting/Restarting the Connector service manually

When you first install the Connector you may need to start the service manually. You may also need to restart the service if you make configuration changes to the configuration file, as described in https://capulaopus.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OPTPTC/pages/1051984068 .

This section provides instructions about how to start/restart the service in Windows:

  1. As an administrative user, launch the Services application by clicking on Start > Run

  2. Enter Services.msc and press Enter

  3. Locate the OSIPIConnectorService

  4. Right click on the service and click Start if it is currently stopped or Restart if it is currently running
